Warranty coverage is divided into three parts: Hardware and Software.
Warranty on hardware (film digitizers, video image capture cards, computers, monitors, network devices, power conditioning equipment, etc.) is the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) warranty passed to the end user. Dicom Solutions assumes no additional hardware liability, but assists in resolving OEM warranty issues during the first year of system installation.
Warranty on software is the software provider’s warranty passed to the end
user. Dicom Solutions assumes no additional software liability, but assists
in resolving OEM warranty issues during the first year of system installation.
