Candelis, Inc., a medical imaging informatics company, today announced the partnership with Dicom Solutions as a U.S. distributor of the Candelis ImageGrid DICOM appliance. “With more than 15 years of medical experience, DicomSolutions, Inc., is focused on providing digital data and content solution for archiving, storage and distribution,” said Chad Hutchinson, president of DicomSolutions, Inc. “Candelis is unmatched in the medical imaging industry with its ImageGrid product line. The ImageGrid has proven to be an extremely versatile solution for our image center and clinic customers who require a cost-effective, highly-scaleable image archive solution with high-end Picture Archiving Communications (PACS) capabilities.” DicomSolutions intends to implement Candelis’ DICOM storage server appliance with customers ranging from online digital remote image access and archiving to diagnostic medical imaging services.
